Once at the bus station, purchase a ticket for the AST bus to Nicolosi. The bus departs regularly, approximately every 30 minutes. The ride takes about 30-40 minutes. Get off at the Nicolosi stop, which is close to the town center.

After arriving in Nicolosi, exit the bus station and head towards Via Etnea, the main road. Walk along Via Etnea until you reach the intersection with Via Roma. Turn left onto Via Roma and continue until you reach the cable car station, 'Funivia dell'Etna,' which is well-signposted. The cable car will take you up to the mountain for stunning views of Mount Etna.
