If you are starting from Vernazza, head to the Vernazza train station. Board a train heading towards La Spezia, and travel for approximately 4 minutes. Disembark at Monterosso al Mare station. Once you arrive, exit the station and walk straight down Via Roma. Continue straight until you reach Via Fegina, where you will find the public beach (Fegina) just a short walk away.

From Corniglia, walk to the Corniglia train station. Take a train towards La Spezia, which takes about 10 minutes. Get off at Monterosso al Mare. After exiting the station, follow Via Roma straight down to Via Fegina, where the public beach is located.
