Walking
If you are starting from the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), exit the cathedral and head south on Via dei Calzaiuoli towards Piazza della Signoria. Continue straight until you reach the square. From there, you will see the Uffizi Gallery on your left. Walk past the gallery, and head towards the Ponte Vecchio. Cross the Ponte Vecchio, and once you are on the other side, turn left onto Lungarno degli Archibusieri. Continue walking along the riverbank for about 10 minutes until you reach Lungarno Generale Diaz, where the Arno Boat is located.

From Santa Maria Novella Train Station, exit and head towards the bus stop located in front of the station. Take bus number 11 towards 'Firenze - Viale Corsica' and get off at the stop 'Lungarno della Zecca Vecchia'. From there, walk towards the river, and then head east along the Lungarno until you reach Lungarno Generale Diaz, where the Arno Boat is located.
