    If you are starting from the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), head south on Via dei Calzaiuoli towards Piazza della Signoria. Once you reach Piazza della Signoria, look for the Uffizi Gallery (Galleria degli Uffizi) at the east side of the square. Walk towards the Uffizi Gallery, and as you pass through the archway, continue straight onto Piazzale degli Uffizi. The Statue of Dante Alighieri is located just outside the Uffizi Gallery at Piazzale degli Uffizi, 2059.

    From the Ponte Vecchio, walk east along the river on Lungarno degli Archibusieri. After about 10 minutes, turn left onto Via dei Georgofili, which will lead you to Piazza della Signoria. From there, follow the previous directions towards the Uffizi Gallery and continue to Piazzale degli Uffizi to find the Statue of Dante Alighieri.
