If you are starting from the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), head southeast on Piazza del Duomo toward Via dei Calzaiuoli. Continue along Via dei Calzaiuoli for about 300 meters until you reach Piazza della Signoria. From the piazza, walk towards the Uffizi Gallery and continue straight onto Via della Ninna.
