If you are starting from the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), head east on Via dei Calzaiuoli towards Piazza della Signoria. Continue straight until you reach Piazza della Repubblica. From there, take Via degli Strozzi and then turn left onto Via delle Terme. This street will lead you to Via Ventisette Aprile. Turn right onto Via Ventisette Aprile, and the Cenacolo di Sant'Apollonia will be on your right at number 1.

Public Transport (Bus)
If you are near the Santa Maria Novella train station, you can take bus number 11 or 17. Board the bus at the station's bus terminal and get off at the 'Cimatori' stop. From there, walk straight along Via dei Cimatori, which turns into Via Ventisette Aprile. The Cenacolo di Sant'Apollonia will be located at number 1 on your right.

From the Uffizi Gallery, exit onto Piazza della Signoria and head towards the Ponte Vecchio. Cross the bridge and turn left onto Via Guicciardini. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via dei Serragli, then turn right. Follow this road until it intersects with Via Ventisette Aprile. Turn left, and you will find the Cenacolo di Sant'Apollonia at number 1 on your left.
