From Florence's main train station, Santa Maria Novella (SMN), take a train to Poggibonsi. The train departs frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. The journey takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Poggibonsi, exit the train station and head to the bus stop located just outside the station. Look for the bus line that goes towards San Gimignano. Buses run regularly, and the trip will take around 30 minutes. You will get off at the San Gimignano bus station.

From the San Gimignano bus station, walk towards the historic center of San Gimignano, which is only a 10-minute walk away. Head straight down Via Roma, and you will eventually reach the main square (Piazza della Cisterna). From there, continue walking on Via San Giovanni and follow the signs towards Loc. Santa Maria Fonte Leone. The address is approximately a 15-minute walk from the square. You will pass through beautiful Tuscan scenery along the way.
