If you are starting from the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), exit the cathedral and head south onto Piazza del Duomo. Walk towards Via dei Calzaiuoli, which is a pedestrian street. Continue straight for about 600 meters until you reach Piazza della Signoria, where you will see the Palazzo Vecchio. From there, head towards the Uffizi Gallery entrance, which is to your right. As you approach, you will see the Statue of Nicola Pisano in the Piazzale degli Uffizi, right outside the gallery.

If you are starting from the Ponte Vecchio (Old Bridge), walk east along the riverbank until you reach the Uffizi Gallery. This should take about 10 minutes. As you approach the gallery, keep an eye out for the Statue of Nicola Pisano, which is located in the Piazzale degli Uffizi, right in front of the gallery.

If you are in a different part of Florence, you can take a bus to the nearest stop. Look for bus lines C2, C3, or D that go to Piazza della Repubblica. From the Piazza, walk towards Via dei Calzaiuoli and continue to Piazza della Signoria. From there, head right towards the Uffizi Gallery where you can find the Statue of Nicola Pisano in the Piazzale degli Uffizi.
