From the city center (Piazza De Ferrari), walk to the nearest metro station, De Ferrari (about 5 minutes). Take the Metro Line D (towards Brin) and get off at the next stop, Brignole. From Brignole station, take the bus line 36 (direction Righi) which will take you closer to the park. The bus journey will take approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Righi' and from there, follow the signs towards 'Parco Avventura Righi', which is about a 15-minute walk uphill.

If you're starting from the historic district (e.g., Via Garibaldi), you can walk to Via Cairoli and catch the bus 36 at the stop 'Cairoli' (the stop is near the Palazzo Bianco). The bus will take you to Righi, and after disembarking, follow the signs to Parco Avventura Righi, which is roughly a 15-minute uphill walk.
