Walking
If you're starting from the Genoa Brignole train station, exit the station and head east on Corso Buenos Aires. After about 300 meters, turn left onto Via Roma. Continue straight until you reach Piazza de Ferrari. From there, take Via XX Settembre towards the northwest for about 500 meters, then turn right onto Via di Porta Soprana. Continue until you reach Piazza della Nunziata, where you will find the Basilica della Santissima Annunziata del Vastato at number 4.

From the Genoa Brignole train station, walk to the nearby bus stop 'Brignole'. Take bus number 36 towards 'Dinegro'. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the stop 'Piazza della Nunziata'. The Basilica della Santissima Annunziata del Vastato will be right in front of you at number 4.
