If you're starting from the Genoa Brignole train station, exit the station and head east on Corso Buenos Aires. After about 300 meters, turn left onto Via Roma. Continue straight until you reach Piazza de Ferrari. From there, take Via XX Settembre towards the northwest for about 500 meters, then turn right onto Via di Porta Soprana.
