Car
If you're driving from Portofino, take the SP227 road towards Santa Margherita Ligure. After about 5 kilometers, follow the signs for the A12 motorway towards Genoa. Merge onto the A12 and head towards Genoa. Once you reach Genoa, take exit 30 for Corso Europa. Follow signs for Via Carlo Targa. The Funicolare Zecca-Righi is located at Via Carlo Targa, 7, which should be easily visible as you approach the area.

Public Transportation
To get to Funicolare Zecca-Righi from Portofino via public transportation, first, take the bus (line 82 or 83) from Portofino to Santa Margherita Ligure. Once in Santa Margherita Ligure, transfer to the train station and take the train towards Genoa. Get off at the Genova Brignole station. From there, exit the station and head to the nearby bus stop. Take bus line 36 or 18, which will take you to the stop closest to Via Carlo Targa. Walk a short distance to reach Funicolare Zecca-Righi at Via Carlo Targa, 7.
