You can take Bus 36 or 37 from various points in the city. If you are at the Brignole Train Station, take Bus 36 in the direction of 'Dinegro'. Get off at 'De Ferrari' stop. Once you get off, walk towards the square, and you will see Palazzo della Regione Liguria right in front of you.

If you are already in the historic center, you can walk to Piazza Raffaele de Ferrari. From Piazza della Vittoria, head towards Via XX Settembre.
