If you're driving from Irpinia to Underground Naples, start by getting onto the A16 highway. Follow the A16 towards Naples for approximately 30 minutes. Once you approach Naples, take the exit towards Corso Malta. Continue on Corso Malta and follow the signs for Centro Storico (Historic Center). After about 15 minutes, you will reach Piazza San Gaetano. The Underground Naples entrance is located at Piazza San Gaetano, 68. There is street parking available, but be aware of parking fees that vary by location.

To take public transportation, head to the nearest train station in Irpinia, such as Avellino. Take a train to Napoli Centrale station. From there, it’s a 15-minute walk to Piazza San Gaetano. Walk down Via Toledo and then take a left onto Via San Giovanni Maggiore Pignatelli, which leads you to Piazza San Gaetano.
