Getting There

• Train

  From Lucca, head to the Lucca train station (Stazione di Lucca). You can either walk or take a local bus to the station. Once at the station, purchase a ticket to Pescia. The journey takes about 20 minutes. After arriving at Pescia, exit the station and look for the bus stop. Take the local bus (line 18) towards Collodi. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Collodi' stop. From the bus stop, walk along Via Roma for about 10 minutes, and you will reach L'albero di Pinocchio located at Via delle Cartiere, 2.

• Bus

  Start at Lucca's main bus station, which is near the city center. Take a bus that heads towards Pescia. Make sure to check the current schedule as buses may not run frequently. The ride to Pescia takes around 30 minutes. Once you reach Pescia, you will need to change to a bus that goes to Collodi (bus line 18). The bus will take about 15 minutes to reach Collodi. Get off at the stop 'Collodi' and walk along Via Roma for about 10 minutes until you arrive at L'albero di Pinocchio on Via delle Cartiere, 2.

• Bicycle

  If you're feeling adventurous, consider renting a bicycle in Lucca. From the city center, head towards Viale Giuseppe Garibaldi and exit Lucca through the Porta San Pietro. Follow the signs to Collodi, which is approximately 12 km from Lucca. The route mostly follows quiet country roads. Once you arrive in Collodi, follow the signs to Via delle Cartiere. L'albero di Pinocchio will be located at Via delle Cartiere, 2.
