Walking
From the center of Lucca (Piazza dell'Anfiteatro), head southwest onto Via Fillungo. Continue straight until you reach the end of the street, then turn left onto Via Santa Croce. Follow this road until you reach the roundabout and take the second exit onto Via del Fosso. Stay on this road, which will eventually lead you out of the city. After about 3 kilometers, you will enter the town of Camaiore. Once in Camaiore, follow the signs for 'Piazza Don Renzo Gori' until you reach the church, Chiesa San Giovanni Battista e Santo Stefano, located at the piazza.

From Lucca, walk to the Lucca train station (Stazione di Lucca). Purchase a ticket for a train to Viareggio. The train journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Viareggio, exit the train station and head to the bus stop located outside. Take the bus heading towards Camaiore (Bus line LAM Rossa). The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Camaiore - Piazza Don Renzo Gori'. From there, the church is just a short walk away.
