Walking
The Argentario Aquarium is located on Lungomare Navigatori, the main waterfront promenade in Porto Santo Stefano. From most points in the town center, it's easily reachable by foot. Simply head towards the harbor and follow the promenade. The aquarium is situated at number 44 Lungomare dei Navigatori.
Public Transport
If arriving by train to Orbetello-Monte Argentario station, take the local bus (Autolinee Toscane, Linea 2) towards Porto Santo Stefano. The bus will drop you off near the waterfront, a short walk from Lungomare Navigatori. A one-way bus ticket costs approximately €2. Check local bus schedules for accurate timings, especially on weekends and holidays.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available in Porto Santo Stefano. A short taxi ride from anywhere in the town center to the Argentario Aquarium on Lungomare Navigatori will typically cost between €10 and €15, depending on traffic and the exact starting point.
Driving
If driving, navigate towards Porto Santo Stefano and follow signs for the waterfront. Once in Porto Santo Stefano, follow signs for Lungomare Navigatori. Parking is available near the aquarium, but it can be limited, especially during peak season. Expect to pay around €1 to €3 per hour for parking.
