Get off at the Cadorna station and transfer to Line 2 (Green Line). Take the train towards Assago Milanofiori Forum and get off at the Sant'Ambrogio station. From Sant'Ambrogio, walk south on Via della Chiesa Rossa until you reach P.za Sant'Eufemia. The Basilica will be on your left.

If you prefer to travel by tram, find a tram stop near you, such as the one at Piazza Duomo. Take Tram Line 14 towards S. Babila. After about 5 stops, get off at the stop named 'P.za Sant'Eufemia'. From the tram stop, walk a short distance to P.za Sant'Eufemia, and the Basilica will be located at P.za Sant'Eufemia, 2.
