The garden is dedicated to Roberto Bazlen, a writer and publisher from Trieste, and Luciano Foà, a Milanese publisher and translator. Foà and Bazlen co-founded the Adelphi publishing house in 1962. The park, originally created in the 1970s, was later named in honor of Bazlen, and in 2020, it was renamed to include Foà. The park features a variety of amenities for visitors of all ages. Children can enjoy the equipped playground, while sports enthusiasts can make use of the soccer field and basketball court. The garden is also home to a diverse collection of trees, including maple, poplar, and Judas trees.
