From Casale Monferrato, take the SP457 towards Asti, then follow the signs to Serralunga di Crea and the Santuario Diocesano Madonna Di Crea. From the A26 (E62) highway, exit at Casale Sud, follow SP 457 towards Asti/Moncalvo, then follow signs for Sacro Monte near La Madonnina. There is a free parking lot near the Sanctuary. Parking is also available on SP19, a short distance from the Sacro Monte di Crea.
