Continue towards the Parterre Park, where the dirt road begins. Pass the fountain (not the one from the movie) and continue for about 20 minutes until you reach the Tennis Club. Bypass the Tennis Club, staying on the paved road. After a series of curves, you'll see Villa Bramasole on your left. The walk from Piazza della Repubblica is approximately 2 km and takes about 40 minutes. Remember to be respectful of the residents.
