Start at the main square, Piazza Grande, in Montepulciano. From the center of the square, head southeast towards Via del Poliziano. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via di Montepulciano. Turn left onto Via di Montepulciano. Walk for about 500 meters until you reach the fork in the road, then keep right to continue on Via di Montenero. After approximately 200 meters, you will see Cantina Boscarelli on your left at Via di Montenero, 24.

If you are near the Montepulciano Fortress, exit the fortress and head down towards the main road, Via di Gracciano nel Corso. Turn left onto Via di Gracciano nel Corso and walk until you reach the intersection with Via di Montepulciano. Turn right onto Via di Montepulciano and walk for about 700 meters. When you reach the fork, take the right onto Via di Montenero, and after about 200 meters, Cantina Boscarelli will be on your left at Via di Montenero, 24.
