After a short walk, you will find Fontana Maestà delle Volte at number 7 on your left.

From there, follow the signs towards Corso Vannucci. Walk along Corso Vannucci, turn left onto Via dei Priori, and then right onto Via Maestà delle Volte. Continue on this street until you see the fountain at number 7.
