Walking
From Pisa Centrale train station, exit the station and head southwest on Via Francesco Crispi. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the Arno River. You will see the river on your left. Turn left onto Lungarno Mediceo and walk along the riverside. Keep walking along this road for about 500 meters until you reach a small bridge. Cross the bridge, and you will find yourself on Lungarno Gambacorti. The Chiesa di Santa Maria della Spina will be on your right side, just a short walk ahead.

Take bus number 2 from the stop at Pisa Centrale train station. Ride for about 10 minutes, and get off at the stop named 'Cittadella'. From there, walk straight towards the river and turn left onto Lungarno Gambacorti. Continue walking for about 300 meters, and you will see the Chiesa di Santa Maria della Spina on your right.

If you have rented a bicycle, start at the Pisa Centrale train station and head southwest on Via Francesco Crispi. After about 1 km, turn left onto Lungarno Mediceo.
