Car
From Portofino, head east on SP227 towards Santa Margherita Ligure. Continue on SP227 for about 10 km until you reach the junction for La Spezia. Take the exit onto A12 towards La Spezia. After approximately 30 km, take the exit for La Spezia and follow signs for the Cinque Terre National Park. After about 15 km, follow signs for Riomaggiore. Once in Riomaggiore, park in one of the public parking areas, then walk towards Via San Giacomo, where the Cinque Terre Boat Tour office is located.

Public Transportation
From Portofino, walk to the nearby bus stop and take the bus to Santa Margherita Ligure. Once at Santa Margherita Ligure, transfer to the train station and take a train towards La Spezia. Get off at the Riomaggiore station. From the station, it’s a short walk to Via San Giacomo. Follow the signs for the town center, and you will find the Cinque Terre Boat Tour office right on Via San Giacomo.
