From the center of Positano, head towards the main road that leads to the bus station. Once there, take the SITA bus heading towards Naples. The journey will take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. After arriving at Napoli Centrale station, exit the bus and walk towards Via Capodimonte. It's about a 15-minute walk; head northeast on Via Capodimonte until you reach the Catacombs of San Gennaro located at Via Capodimonte, 13.

In Positano, find the water taxi service at the beach. Take a water taxi to Naples. This option can be more scenic but may take longer depending on sea conditions. After arriving at Naples' port, you can either walk or take a local bus to Via Capodimonte. If walking, head towards Via Capodimonte, which is approximately a 30-minute walk from the port.

Start from your accommodation in Positano and walk to the SITA bus station. Take the bus to Naples, then upon arrival, walk to the nearest Metro station (Garibaldi station).
