If you are near Termini Station, take bus number 64 towards St. Peter's Square. Get off at the stop named 'Argentina'. From there, walk towards Largo di Torre Argentina, and continue straight onto Via di Torre Argentina. After about 5 minutes, turn right onto Via dei Giubbonari, which will lead you directly to Campo de' Fiori.

If you are near the Colosseum, take Metro Line B from Colosseo station towards Rebibbia. Change at Termini station to Line A towards Battistini. Get off at Barberini station. From Barberini, walk down Via Veneto, then take a right onto Via delle Quattro Fontane. Continue straight until you reach Via del Tritone. Turn left and walk until you reach Piazza di Spagna. Then, head to Via del Corso, and follow the signs to Campo de' Fiori.
