From Termini Station, take Metro Line B (Blue Line) towards Laurentina. Get off at the second stop, Cavour. Exit the station and walk northwest on Via di Villa Peretti towards Via Cavour. Continue onto Via dei Fori Imperiali, then take a left onto Via della Consolazione, which leads into the Jewish Ghetto area. Finally, turn right onto Via Catalana; the Jewish Museum will be on your left.

From the Vatican Museums, take Bus 81 from the stop 'Musei Vaticani' towards 'Stazione Tiburtina'. Get off at the stop 'Piazza Venezia'. From there, walk down Via del Corso and take a left onto Via delle Cinque Scole. Continue until you reach Via Catalana, where the Jewish Museum is located.
