If you are near the city center, take Metro Line B (Blue Line) towards Laurentina. Get off at the 'Piramide' station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to the exit. After exiting, walk straight towards the large pyramid structure known as the Pyramid of Cestius. From there, turn left onto Via Marmorata and continue walking until you reach the intersection with P.za Ostiense. Porta San Paolo will be visible at the end of the square.
