Walking
From the central square of San Gimignano, Piazza della Cisterna, head towards the main street, Via San Giovanni. Walk down Via San Giovanni until you reach the intersection with Via dei Forge. Turn left onto Via dei Forge and then take a right on Via San Matteo. Continue straight until you reach the main bus stop area. From there, you can take a bus to Florence. Once in Florence, you'll want to get off at the Santa Maria Novella train station. From there, it is approximately a 15-20 minute walk to Via degli Alfani. Head east on Via della Scala, then turn left onto Via Nazionale. Continue until you reach Piazza della Repubblica, then take a right onto Via degli Alfani. The destination will be on your right.

Start from Piazza della Cisterna in San Gimignano and walk to the main bus station nearby. Take the bus to Florence, which should take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive in Florence, get off at the Santa Maria Novella bus station. From there, exit the station and walk east on Via della Scala, then turn left onto Via Nazionale. Continue until you reach Piazza della Repubblica, then turn right onto Via degli Alfani. The destination will be on your right.
