Walking
To reach Podere Montale Winery from the center of Siena, start at Piazza del Campo. Head northwest on Via di Città. After about 500 meters, turn left onto Via dei Montanini. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via dei Salicotto. Turn right and follow this road until you reach the bus station, 'Piazza Gramsci'. From there, take the bus to Seggiano. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'Seggiano' stop. Once you disembark, walk towards the main road (Strada Comunale di Poggio Ferro) and follow the signs toward Poggioferro. The winery is located about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop, so follow the road signs and enjoy the scenic views.

From the center of Siena, go to the bus station located at Piazza Gramsci. Look for the bus heading to Seggiano, which runs regularly throughout the day. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Seggiano, exit the bus and head towards Strada Comunale di Poggio Ferro. Follow this road for approximately 1.5 kilometers, which is a pleasant walk through the Tuscan countryside, until you reach Podere Montale Winery.
