Car
From Bolzano, take the A22 motorway north towards Bressanone/Bruneck. Exit the motorway at 'Bruneck' and follow signs towards Auronzo di Cadore. Continue on SS49 and SS51 until you reach Auronzo di Cadore. Once in Auronzo, follow the signs to Misurina and then to Forcella Lavaredo. Note that during the summer months, access to the Forcella Lavaredo area is restricted to shuttle buses, and you may need to park in designated areas and take a shuttle. The shuttle costs around €10 per person round trip.

Public Transportation
Take a train from Bolzano to Calalzo di Cadore. From Calalzo, you can catch a bus to Auronzo di Cadore. In Auronzo, follow the signs to the shuttle bus that goes to Forcella Lavaredo. Be aware that the shuttle service is only available during the summer months and costs around €10 per person for a round trip. Make sure to check the bus and shuttle schedules as they can vary.

If you are already in the vicinity and prefer an active approach, you can start from the Auronzo Hut (Rifugio Auronzo). From there, take the well-marked hiking trails that lead to Forcella Lavaredo.
