Starting from the main square in Taormina, Piazza IX Aprile, head northeast on Via Teatro Greco. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Corso Umberto I. Turn right onto Corso Umberto I and walk for about 500 meters, enjoying the local shops and cafes along the way. You will pass by the famous Teatro Greco on your left. After reaching the end of Corso Umberto I, you will see the entrance to the old town on your left. Continue straight ahead, keeping the hill on your left, and walk up the steps toward the Chiesa Madonna della Rocca. Follow the signs leading you up the hill, and you will reach the sanctuary in approximately 10-15 minutes from the main square.

If you are starting from the Taormina train station, exit the station and head towards Via Naxos. Follow this road until you reach the main road, then turn left onto Via Giuseppe Mazzini. Continue walking straight until you reach the bus stop area, and from there, follow the signs to the center of town. Once you arrive at Piazza IX Aprile, follow the previous guidance from there to the Chiesa Madonna della Rocca.
