If you are travelling by car, start by heading towards Manciano from your location in Val d'Orcia. Follow the signs for SP159 and then take the exit toward Manciano. Continue on Strada Vicinale Molino del Bagno, following the signs for 'Cascate del Mulino.' The hot springs will be on your left after about 10 minutes of driving. There is a parking area nearby, but please be aware that it can fill up quickly, especially on weekends.

For those using public transportation, take a bus from towns like Pienza or Montalcino to Manciano. Once in Manciano, you will need to take a taxi or arrange for a ride to Cascate del Mulino, as public transport does not go directly to the hot springs. The taxi ride from Manciano to the hot springs is approximately 10-15 minutes, and it's advisable to confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey.

If you are already in Manciano and prefer walking, it is possible to hike to Cascate del Mulino. From the center of Manciano, head southwest on Via della Repubblica, then take Via della Libertà. Follow the path leading to Strada Vicinale Molino del Bagno. The walk is about 4 km and will take roughly an hour, so wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for some uneven terrain.
