If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Aosta and head towards Via Porta Pretoria. After entering Via Porta Pretoria, follow the road until you reach the Roman Theatre. There is a small parking area nearby, but be mindful of parking regulations as they can be strict. The exact address is Via Porta Pretoria, 1, 11100 Aosta AO.
Public Transportation (Bus)
To reach the Roman Theatre by bus, take the local bus service from your current location in Valle d'Aosta to the Aosta bus station. Look for buses that go to Aosta, such as line 1 from various surrounding towns. Once you arrive at the Aosta bus station, exit and head towards Via Porta Pretoria. You can walk approximately 10 minutes (about 800 meters) to the Roman Theatre. Follow Via Sant'Anselmo, then turn left onto Via Porta Pretoria, which will lead you directly to the site.
Walking
If you find yourself near the city center of Aosta, walking to the Roman Theatre can be a pleasant option. From Piazza Chanoux, head south on Via Porta Pretoria.
