If you're traveling by car, first head towards Venice. From the A4 motorway, take the exit for Venice and follow signs for 'Venezia Centro'. Once you reach Piazzale Roma, you will need to park your car, as vehicles are not allowed in the historic center of Venice. There are several parking garages available, such as the Garage Comunale. Parking fees can range from €20 to €30 per day. After parking, walk to the Vaporetto (water bus) terminal located at Piazzale Roma.

From Piazzale Roma, board Vaporetto Line 4.1 or Line 4.2 towards Murano. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Ensure you have a valid ticket, which costs approximately €7.50 for a single journey, and can be purchased at ticket machines or kiosks nearby. Keep an eye on the stops, as you will disembark at the 'Murano Faro' stop, which is the main stop for reaching the glassworks and shops on Murano.

Public Transportation (Bus + Vaporetto)
Alternatively, you can take a bus from various locations in the Venetian Riviera to Piazzale Roma. Once at Piazzale Roma, follow the instructions above to take the Vaporetto to Murano. Bus tickets typically cost around €1.50 and can be purchased at ticket machines or on the bus.

After arriving at the 'Murano Faro' Vaporetto stop, you can explore Murano on foot.
