Car
If you're traveling by car, head towards Venice and follow the signs for 'Centro Storico' (Historic Center). Once you arrive in Venice, you will need to park in one of the designated parking garages outside the city center, as cars are not allowed in the historic parts. The nearest parking facilities are at Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto. From Piazzale Roma, take the vaporetto (water bus) Line 1 or Line 2 towards San Marco. Disembark at the San Marco stop. The National Archeological Museum is just a short walk from the vaporetto stop, located at P.za San Marco, 17/52.

If you are using public transportation, take a train to Venice Santa Lucia Station. From the station, exit and walk to the nearby Piazzale Roma (about a 10-minute walk). From Piazzale Roma, board the vaporetto (water bus) Line 1 or Line 2 towards San Marco. Get off at the San Marco stop. Once you disembark, walk towards P.za San Marco, and you will find the National Archeological Museum at P.za San Marco, 17/52.
