Walking
If you are starting from the famous Rialto Bridge, head east along the Calle dei Stagneri. Continue until you reach the Campo San Bartolomeo. From there, take the narrow street on the left called Calle del Lio. Follow this street, which will lead you to Campo San Lio where the church is located. The church will be on your right as you enter the square.

If you're near St. Mark's Square, exit the square and head towards the Basilica. Walk straight down the Merceria, which will take you through a shopping area. Continue until you reach the Ponte di Rialto. Cross the bridge, and once on the other side, turn to your left and proceed along the Calle dei Stagneri until you reach Campo San Bartolomeo. From there, take the Calle del Lio to reach Campo San Lio.

From the Accademia Gallery, exit and head towards the Grand Canal. Turn left and walk along the canal until you reach the Ponte dell'Accademia. Cross the bridge and turn right onto Calle delle Botteghe. Continue straight until you reach Campo San Bartolomeo. Once there, take the Calle del Lio to arrive at Campo San Lio.

If you are coming from the Santa Lucia Train Station, exit the station and head towards the Grand Canal. You can take a Vaporetto (water bus) to Rialto or walk along the canal. If you choose to walk, follow the directions towards the Ponte di Rialto. Once you reach the Rialto area, follow the previous directions to Campo San Lio.
