If you are near the Rialto Bridge, head south on Calle dei Stagneri toward the Campo San Bartolomeo. Continue straight until you reach a small square, then turn left onto Calle della Bissa. Follow this street until you reach the intersection with the Grand Canal. Cross the bridge at the end of the street, and you will find yourself in the San Polo district. Walk straight for about 10 minutes, and you will see the Basilica S.Maria Gloriosa dei Frari on your right at San Polo, 3072.

If you are near the Grand Canal, take the Vaporetto Line 1 or 2 from any nearby stop towards the San Toma or Ca' Rezzonico stops. Alight at the San Toma stop. From there, head west on Calle del Pistor until you reach the first intersection. Turn right onto Calle del Campanile and continue straight. After a short walk, you will arrive at Basilica S.Maria Gloriosa dei Frari located at San Polo, 3072.
