If you are near the Rialto Bridge, head southeast along the Calle dei Cinque, then continue onto the Calle dell'Ascensione. After about 5 minutes, you will reach Campo San Polo. From there, walk straight through Campo San Polo towards the Calle del Teatro. As you exit Campo San Polo, take a left onto the Calle del Teatro, and continue straight until you reach Campo S. Rocco, where the Church of Saint Roch is located.

If you are near St. Mark's Square, exit towards the south and walk along the Calle Larga XXII Marzo. Continue until you reach the intersection with the Campo San Moisè. From there, take the Calle del Spezier along the canal, and then turn left onto Calle del Teatro. Continue straight until you arrive at Campo S. Rocco, where you will find the Church of Saint Roch.

Take Vaporetto Line 1 or Line 2 to the San Tomà stop. Once you disembark, head northwest along the Calle del San Tomà. Continue walking straight until you reach the Campo San Polo. From there, turn right onto the Calle del Teatro and continue straight until you arrive at Campo S. Rocco, home of the Church of Saint Roch.
