Walking
If you are starting from Piazza San Marco, head east towards the waterfront. Turn left and follow the Riva degli Schiavoni along the water until you reach the Vaporetto stop at San Zaccaria. From there, take the Vaporetto line 1 towards Piazzale Roma. After about 20 minutes, get off at the Fondamenta Nove stop. From Fondamenta Nove, walk straight to the Fondamenta Nuove street and continue until you reach the intersection with Calle della Madonna.
