From the central location of Venice (Piazza San Marco), walk to the nearby Vaporetto stop 'San Zaccaria'. Take the Vaporetto Line 13 towards 'Treporti'. Stay on the Vaporetto for approximately 25 minutes. You will pass several islands, and keep an eye out for the stop 'Lazzaretto Nuovo'. When you arrive at the Lazzaretto Nuovo stop, disembark and follow the signs to the island's cultural center.

If you are near the 'Ferrovia' (Train Station), walk to the Vaporetto stop 'Ferrovia'. Take the Vaporetto Line 1 towards 'Giudecca' and change at 'Fondamente Nove' to Line 13 towards 'Treporti'. After a 30-minute ride, get off at 'Lazzaretto Nuovo'. Follow the walking path to reach the main attractions on the island.
