Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from Piazza San Marco, head east towards the Calle Larga dei Forgo. Continue along this street until you reach the intersection with Via XXII Marzo. Turn left onto Via XXII Marzo and proceed straight until you reach a small canal. Here, turn right onto the Riva degli Schiavoni and follow the canal until you see the Ponte di Rialto. Cross the bridge and keep walking straight. After crossing, take the first left onto Calle dei Fabbri. Continue walking until you reach the Campo San Salvador. From the Campo, head south to the Calle del Teatro. Follow this street until you reach the intersection with Calle Contarini. Turn right onto Calle Contarini, and you will arrive at Palazzo Contarini del Bovolo, located at Scala Contarini del Bovolo, 4303.

• Vaporetto

  If you prefer to take the Vaporetto, head to the nearest Vaporetto stop such as San Marco Vallaresso. Take Line 1 towards Piazzale Roma. Get off at the stop 'Rialto'. From there, exit and walk straight onto the Mercato di Rialto. Once at the market, turn right onto Calle dei Fabbri and continue to Campo San Salvador. From Campo San Salvador, head south to Calle del Teatro. Follow this street until you reach the intersection with Calle Contarini. Turn right onto Calle Contarini, and you will arrive at Palazzo Contarini del Bovolo, located at Scala Contarini del Bovolo, 4303.

• Walking

  Starting from the Accademia Bridge, walk north along the Grand Canal until you reach the Ponte di Rialto. Cross the bridge and turn left onto Calle dei Fabbri. Proceed straight until you reach Campo San Salvador. From Campo San Salvador, head south to Calle del Teatro. Follow this street until you reach the intersection with Calle Contarini. Turn right onto Calle Contarini, and you will arrive at Palazzo Contarini del Bovolo, located at Scala Contarini del Bovolo, 4303.
