Getting There

• By Car

  If you are driving from anywhere in Versilia, take the SP1 road towards Viareggio. Follow signs for Viareggio and continue until you reach the city center. Once in the city, follow the signs for 'Molo di Viareggio' or 'Porto di Viareggio'. You will need to park your car nearby, as the Molo itself may not have dedicated parking. Street parking is available, but be aware of any parking restrictions and fees.

• By Train

  If you are traveling by train, head to the Viareggio train station. From there, you can either walk or take a local bus. To walk, exit the station and head south for about 1.5 kilometers (approximately 20 minutes). Follow Via Giuseppe Mazzini towards the waterfront and you will reach Molo di Viareggio. Alternatively, you can take a bus from the station. Look for bus routes heading towards the marina or Molo di Viareggio; the fare is typically around €1.50.

• By Bus

  If you are already in Versilia and want to take a bus, check the local bus schedules for routes heading to Viareggio. Look for buses that stop at the city center or the marina area. Upon reaching Viareggio, disembark at the nearest stop to the waterfront and follow the signs to Molo di Viareggio. The bus fare is usually about €1.50, and tickets can be purchased on board or at local ticket offices.

• Walking from Viareggio City Center

  If you are in the city center of Viareggio, Molo di Viareggio is easily accessible by foot. Start at Piazza Garibaldi and head towards the waterfront. Walk along the promenade, which is about 1 kilometer long. It should take you approximately 15 minutes to reach the Molo. Enjoy the scenic view as you walk along the coast.
