From the center of Savanna-la-Mar, head north on Great George Street towards the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the A2 highway towards Montego Bay. Walk along the A2 for approximately 2.5 miles until you reach the Bus Stop at the entrance of Freeport. From there, you can ask locals for directions to Secrets St. James Montego Bay, which is located at Lot 59A, F25X+VXH Freeport. It's a short walk from the bus stop, just a few minutes away.
