If you are driving to Shimmachi River Side Park from anywhere in Awa, use Route 11. Head east on Route 11, then take the exit toward Tokushima City. Follow the signs for Tokushima and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Minamiuchimachi. Turn left onto Minamiuchimachi, and you will find the park on your left.
