If you are driving, start from the center of Awa city. Head northeast on Route 11 for approximately 30 kilometers, following the signs towards Tokushima city. Once you reach Tokushima, take the exit for Route 192 and continue for about 5 kilometers. Follow the signs for Tokushima Castle Museum, which is located at 1-8 Tokushimacho. There is parking available nearby, but note that there may be a fee of around 300-500 JPY for parking.

Public Transportation - Train
If you prefer public transportation, take the Awa Railway from Awa city to Tokushima station. The train ride takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Tokushima station, exit the station and head towards the bus terminal located just outside. Take the Tokushima City Bus (Route 1 or 2) that goes towards the Tokushima Castle Museum. The bus ride will take about 10 minutes, and the fare is approximately 200 JPY. Get off at the 'Tokushima Castle' stop, and the museum will be a short walk from there.
