Car
If you're traveling by car, head towards the Naruto area in Tokushima Prefecture. From Awaji Island, take the Awaji Highway and cross the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge towards Kobe. After crossing, continue on the highway until you reach the Naruto IC (Interchange). Exit the highway and follow the signs for Naruto. Once in Naruto, locate Route 11 and head towards Fukuike Narutocho. Follow the road signs until you reach the Naruto Mountain Lookout, which should be well-marked. The entire drive should take approximately 1 hour.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, start by taking a bus from Awaji Island to the Naruto area. You can take the Awaji Bus to the Maiko Station or Sannomiya Station in Kobe, then transfer to the JR train to Naruto Station. Once at Naruto Station, you can take a local bus (Naruto Kotsu) towards Fukuike. The bus will take you close to the Naruto Mountain Lookout. Be sure to check the bus schedules in advance as they may vary. The total travel time may take around 2-3 hours depending on connections.
