If you're traveling by car, head towards the Naruto area in Tokushima Prefecture. From Awaji Island, take the Awaji Highway and cross the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge towards Kobe. After crossing, continue on the highway until you reach the Naruto IC (Interchange). Exit the highway and follow the signs for Naruto. Once in Naruto, locate Route 11 and head towards Fukuike Narutocho. Follow the road signs until you reach the Naruto Mountain Lookout, which should be well-marked. The entire drive should take approximately 1 hour.
