If you're driving from the Awaji area, head towards the Awaji Island Route (Route 28) and follow signs to the Naruto area. Once in Naruto, look for the Naruto Bridge (Naruto Ohashi) which connects Awaji Island to Shikoku. Drive across the bridge; after crossing, continue on Route 11 towards Naruto city. Follow Route 11 until you reach the Naruto coastline. You can park at one of the coastal parking areas near the island. Note that parking is typically free, but check for any local signage.

To reach Oge Island using public transportation, start by taking a bus from any major location on Awaji Island to the Naruto area. The Awaji Kotsu bus service operates routes to Naruto Station. Once you arrive at Naruto Station, transfer to a local bus heading to the coastline. Get off at the stop nearest to the Naruto Bridge. From there, you can either walk across the bridge or take a taxi to the nearest access point to Oge Island. Be aware that the bridge walk can take about 30 minutes, and taxis can cost around 1,500 to 2,000 yen.
