From any location on Naoshima Island, make your way to the Miyanoura Port. Once at Miyanoura Port, take the ferry to Takamatsu Port on the mainland. The ferry ride typically takes about 50 minutes and costs around 1,200 yen one way. After arriving at Takamatsu Port, you can take a train from Takamatsu Station to Naruto Station, which will take approximately 1 hour and cost about 1,500 yen. Upon reaching Naruto Station, you will need to take a taxi to Otsuka Museum of Art, which is about a 15-minute ride from the station, costing around 2,000 yen.

If you are driving, first head to Miyanoura Port on Naoshima Island. From there, board the ferry to Takamatsu Port, which takes around 50 minutes. Once on the mainland, follow the signs for Route 11 towards Naruto. It is about a 30-minute drive from Takamatsu Port to Otsuka Museum of Art, located at Fukuike-65-1 Narutocho Tosadomariura, Naruto, Tokushima 772-0053. Be aware that parking is available at the museum, but it may incur an additional cost.
