Getting There

    If you are driving from central Bingo, head south on Route 2. Continue straight for approximately 10 kilometers, then take the exit towards Route 1 (Tokyo). Merge onto Route 1 and follow the signs for Shinagawa. After about 15 kilometers, take the exit for Higashishinagawa. Turn left onto Higashishinagawa Street, and after 1 kilometer, you will see Shinagawa-Ura Park on your right at 1 Chome-7-17 Higashishinagawa, Shinagawa City. Parking is available nearby, but may incur a fee, usually around 500 yen per hour.

    To reach Shinagawa-Ura Park via public transport, start at the nearest train station in Bingo. Take the local train to Shinagawa Station. This journey will take approximately 45 minutes. From Shinagawa Station, exit the station and take the East Exit. From there, you can either take a taxi directly to Shinagawa-Ura Park, which will cost around 1,500 yen, or you can walk approximately 15 minutes. To walk, head east on Konan Street, then turn right onto Higashishinagawa Street. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer, and you will arrive at the park at 1 Chome-7-17 Higashishinagawa.
